Screen Printing
Foot Print Designs have two presses ready to use to fill your order. Each shirt is put through our temperature controlled dryer to assure proper curing of the ink to the garments. Quality is a high priority for us. Being a small shop we need every customer to be a happy and satisfied customer. Below are several types of processes that we can discus and help you select the one that best fits your needs.
Spot Colors
The most common form of screen-printing would be Spot colors. This is a format using solid color combinations to make text and simple graphics. With this process using a wide variety of color combinations we can make your shirts come alive.
Half Tones
To add depth and color, Half Tones can be used to add what we like to call the POP factor to what could be a plain design. The process uses small dots, sized to produce different tones of color giving the illusion of multiple shades and colors.
Process Prints
Using your full color image we can reproduce it on clothing for all to enjoy. A computer program divides up the colors in your picture and turns them into a series of dots of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (CMYK). Then relying on the tight registration of our press we can duplicate your image in its full spectrum of color.
Foot Print Designs is excited to offer Water Based Ink. This new environmentally friendly ink is a great solution for shirts, sweats, towels, and even paper. These inks have an incredibly soft hand, which makes them great for printing on many different types of applications.
(Heat Transfers)
Using special inks called Chromoblast and Sublimation we can transfer your custom image inexpensively to Polyester and Cotton garments or other Products.
With many options that may fit your needs we work to pick the one that best meet your needs and budget. Call us to discus the possibilities.
